		<description>My account has been hacked for the pass month and the restoration process took about a day to resolve. After they restored my account to it former statues through sending all the stolen stuff through the mail. I went on a 3 day business trip. Came back to discovered my account was banned cause it was hacked again. They refuse to restore my account again and said they will keep my account permanently ban. I lost all my rank 6 gear and  time spent grinding and raiding  with my guild. They also refuse to refund me the money back for my service charges. We went back and forth through email and nothing was resolved. Worst consumer support ever.</description>

The website suggests that they are available 9AM - 9PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, and 11AM - 8PM Eastern Time Saturday &amp; Sunday. If this were true I would be extremely happy at the moment, but It dosnt seem to be true. When I call the support number the automated machine tells me that they are closed and are open 6AM-6PM, Monday-Friday. This contradicts what the website says, and makes it impossible for me to have my problem fixed till Monday.</description>

HOWEVER. It has the same thing like Winamp. Go to edit &gt; preferences &gt; and toggle &#039;Enable full keyboard navigation&#039; (lowest option in the general tab). 

Your media keys work now. I&#039;m glad I don&#039;t have to regret not waiting for Logitech to produce a mechanical keyboard.</description>

I signed up for a service with no caps. Althought Rogers has increased my bandwidth speed they have introduce caps withoutfurther agreement from it&#039;s clients.
How can a provider advertise a bandwidth when they cap it&#039;s usage to a few days worth of service at that speed? Then, to add insult to injury, Rogers begins to throttle cetain packettes. I would be sure non ofthis would be stated up front in any contract arrangement for service. This would also violate the agreement for arranged bandwidth speed. This is not an Internet bottleneck problem, this is voluntary restriction of agreed speed capability.

To further and complicate things, Rogers is doing packette inspection to accomplish this speed trap. Rogers can now be implicated in future litigation cases as  knowing what transpired, legally and yet not showing the diligence due to arrest any illegal activities. Withholding evidence is a futher possibilty.</description>

What we know today is that there is a problem with our traffic management equipment that is inadvertently slowing the game for some customers. While we have fixed some issues with a software modification, new problems have emerged that we expect will be addressed with a second software update in June.
As you explain, we believe the problem occurs when P2P is running while simultaneously playing the game. If customers like Dana are experiencing problems we suggest they turn off the peer to peer setting within the WoW game and ensure no other P2P file sharing applications are running while playing WoW. WoW does use P2P for software updates, but with this setting changed you should continue to automatically receive software updates through other methods.

This is only a temporary solution. We continue to work closely with the game manufacturer and our equipment supplier to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We also want to thank all our customers for their patience while we are working on this issue.</description>

However, somehow, they managed to have the email address on the account changed to their email address and the verification was sent to that address, so they were able to verify.  Subsequently, the Coin Lock verification emails were also sent to that new address, thus they were able to bypass the coin lock.  

However, after finding the Support phone number, I called, got the intro message, press 0 for a representative, and started listening to hold music while trying to press the &quot;speakers&quot; button on my phone.  In no more than 20 seconds, I was speaking to a well spoken lady, who was both courteous and efficient.  She asked some verifying questions and then asked me to log in.  Success.  In less than 15 minutes.  

She then stayed on the line for several more minutes while I inspected my toons.  I advised that the only thing missing was platinum.  She asked when I last logged off, and said she&#039;d sent an in-game support ticket to restore me back to that time.  

Later that evening, I received a support note stating that my missing stuff was in the mail.  Sure enough it was.  

I&#039;d rate it the best customer service experience in an MMO ever.  The only thing that could have been done better would be free gifts.  :)</description>

		<description>I unfortunately have not had any such luck with Rift.  My account got hacked 8 days ago, also reported on that day.  I found my poor riftblad naked on his mount in front of the mailbox.  I have sent Trion several tickets inquiring about my character. (Please keep in mind this is the highest level character I have right now=TIME=$$$)

The only response I ever get is about how wacked accounts are their #1 priority and they are working diligently to investigate the issue and give me an option.  Eight days, and several tickets later there is no other response except the mindless &quot;standard&quot; on they keep sending me.  

I for one do LOVE the game, but (as was mentioned by Dana) this is exactly the reason I no longer deal with Dell or Blizzard.  I have cancelled my subscription and will seek a refund for this terrible ruse.</description>

		<description>Thanks for this info, I seem to be suffering from almost the exact same problem with my rift account.  One of my toons is in sactum with almost nothing in her bags and most of her gold missing but not all of it. Like you I assumed it was cuase I was hacked, but reading your report is making me think otherwise expecialy since I try and practice good web security and all my AV and mallware checkers are showing clean.  Im now trying to find more information on the bug.</description>
