Eligibility - To enter the contest and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who has reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which he/she resides at the time of entry into the contest. Employees, officers, and directors (including members of the same household of such persons, including common law spouses) of GameNorth and its respective affiliates are not eligible.

Selection Methods:

Random Draw - A random draw will be made by the staff of GameNorth to select one (1) entrant from all eligible entries received by the contest closing date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date. The selected entrant will be contacted by email using the supplied email address within ten (10) business days of the draw date. In the event that the selected entrant cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days, the selected entrant will be disqualified, and his/her entitlement to receive the prize will be forfeited and an alternate eligible entrant will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

Prior to being declared a winner, and in accordance with stupid Canadian contest laws, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. The skill-testing question will be administered via email using the supplied email address and must be answered correctly without assistance within ten (10) business days of notification. In the event that the selected entrant incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, he/she will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected and the above process will be repeated.

Staff Selection – Winners will be chosen by the GameNorth staff based on their ability to best meet the criteria issued in the contest announcement, pending eligibility. The selected entrant will be contacted by email using the supplied email address within ten (10) business days of the draw date. In the event that the selected entrant cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days, the selected entrant will be disqualified, and his/her entitlement to receive the prize will be forfeited and an alternate eligible entrant will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

Conditions of Entry - By entering the contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Contest Rules, including without limitation, all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and by the decisions of the contest organizers, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this contest including without limitation, on all matters regarding the eligibility and disqualification of entries. Entrants who have not complied with these Cfficial Rules are subject to disqualification.
